Benefits

  • Real time data analysis
  • Engage the right people to analyse your
  • Analysis and review can be done from anywhere in the world

Access to reports

SurveyQuest provides online reporting that is accessible by permissions. A sophisticated security layer allows the users to login to the system to do different kinds of work and access only functions and data that they are allowed to see.
For example, a data entry staff fills in a payroll survey, the HR manager approves the data. Managers can view their own agency snapshot reports and senior management can run full benchmarking reports. This is particularly important in organisations that wish to benchmark across various sites and who do not provide visibility of their specific data.
This means that the lead organisation can run reports covering the entire data set, while each of the participants can run reports on their own data. This is particularly useful in a Government context, where the various agencies can use SurveyQuest reporting for their own documents and management documents.

Types of reports

SurveyQuest can produce types of reports, in a variety of formats: tabular, graphs, pie charts, spider diagrams and so on.
The main standard reports that come with each data collection are.
  • Question by question reporting shows values for each sub-question
  • Simple question reporting, where one question has multiple answers
  • More complex reporting, where question has multiple sub-questions and each sub-question has multiple answers
  • Complex reporting, where one group of questions has multiple questions; those questions have a group of answers and each group of answers have one or multiple answers
  • Multiple questions of different types are displayed one after another

Benchmarking reporting

In benchmarking, the most valuable comparisons for an organisation would be against their peers in their own industry, policy group and the region
Other products do not allow this kind of reporting.
SurveyQuest also allows running reports by sub-entities(sites), which is important for large organisations.
