With SurveyQuest clients are not on their own. SurveyQuest specialists work in close partnership with all clients - from providing advice on the structure of the questionnaires, through assisting with any issues during the collection through to the reporting and data analysis.

The first such client partner for SurveyQuest has been NSW Department of Commerce. This department and SurveyQuest are maintaining a dedicated Surveys and Benchmarking platform, that has been continuously used for many government projects.

This platform has grown from a single organisation yearly data collection to a number of Government agencies using the platform for various surveys, interstate benchmarking and reporting.
